Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions
Tracking
The Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® Brand Ambassador System utilizes “cookie tracking,” which monitors individual Ambassador custom URLs for 7 days. If someone clicks on your link and places an order using the same browser/device, you will get the credit.
Discount Codes
Each Ambassador will receive a unique discount code that they can share within their network. Discount Codes are not to be shared on coupon search engines such as "retailmenot", "couponbirds", etc. Discount Codes that are found on search engine websites will be disabled.
Effective 3/09/2024: Discount Codes that have been inactive for one year will be disabled.
Discount Codes vs. URL
Individual Ambassador discount codes supersede URLs and only one commission store credit can be granted per referral order. Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® is only able to provide commission (store credit) when a code is used or a referral link is clicked.
Payout Terms and Schedule
Individual Ambassadors are eligible for earned Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® store credits upon request and at least 30 days after the qualifying referral order is placed (which represents a waiting period for product returns). Ambassadors should allow for up to three (3) business days for store credits to be available once the request for payout has been made.
Store credits are paid out in the form of "same as cash" gift cards which can be combined with other discounts like our Teacher Appreciation Program and WERK PERKS, etc! Ambassadors are welcome to use their own codes when placing an order, however they will not be earning additional commissions on orders they place.
In the unlikely event that a referred order is returned more than 30 days after it is placed (this is more likely to happen to international orders), and if you have already redeemed your store-credit commission, your ambassador account may show a negative balance.
NOTE: Wholesale orders are not eligible for Ambassador Commissions.

Communications
Affective 03/09/2024: All Ambassadors agree to receive email marketing communications. Those who unsubscribe from email marketing may have their Ambassador status revoked.
“Surprise” Incentives
Best performing and most engaged Ambassadors may be eligible for random “surprise” gifts and incentives, which are determined and distributed at the sole discretion of Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®
Business cards
All Ambassadors will be provided with an allotment of Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® Brand Ambassador business cards upon initial entry into program. Cards are personalized by Ambassador upon receipt. Additional cards are available upon request.
Original Work
Ambassador hereby represents, warrants and covenants that all content (save and except any materials, if any, supplied by the Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®) will be the original work and creation of Ambassador and will not infringe the rights (including without limitation, any intellectual property rights) of any third party. Examples include photographs, videos, music, trademarks/logos, personal names/likenesses (including celebrities’ names/likenesses), and writings. If Ambassador is unsure about a work, particularly in instances where a work includes a third-party’s trademark/logo, or music, film or television clips, or a celebrity’s name, photo or image, Ambassador should research and/or check with appropriate sources before using it. A good rule of thumb: if in doubt, do not post it.
Confidentiality Agreement
The Ambassador agrees at all times during the term of sub-contracting and thereafter, to hold in strictest confidence, and not to use, or disclose to any person, firm or corporation without written authorization from Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®, any Confidential Information of the work and/or any confidential information received from Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®. The Ambassador understands that “Confidential Information” means any/all Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® and/or proprietary information (including third party information provided by Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®), technical data, trade secrets or know-how, including but not limited to: databases, reports, publications, illustrations, software, research, product plans, services, customer lists, artwork, photography, etc.
Compliance with Rules and Laws
Ambassador should comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as the terms, conditions, guidelines and policies of any social media platform or service that Ambassador uses in connection with the services provided by Eagle Rock WERKSHOP®. Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® is not responsible if your posts are in direct violation of any applicable rules or laws.
Discounts, Promotional Codes, Incentives
As an active Brand Ambassador, you will be privy to special codes and discounts to be used only by you. Anyone caught sharing these private codes will have their account terminated and it will be at the discretion of Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® whether or not store credit will be honored at time of termination.
Earnings
Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® does not guarantee that you will claim all Brand Ambassador rewards. The ability to earn prizes relies solely on the Ambassador’s ability to promote Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® products to their audience.
Termination
All Ambassador accounts are evaluated periodically by Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® and will remain operational as long as the account is active and all rules and guidelines are followed accordingly. Eagle Rock WERKSHOP® reserves the right to cancel agreement at any time for any reason. Cancellation of agreement by Ambassador must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by both parties. Once a cancellation request has been submitted, we will delete your personal data from our system and it will no longer be retrievable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our Ambassador Program at any time, including but not limited to commission/earning structure and payouts.
